Do you open on Sundays and bank holidays?

Yes we are open on Sundays and on bank holidays



What additional costs should be added to my reservation?

Windscreen,tire,headlight insurance is extra ( if you want).For each day 10 €.



What do I have to have with me when I collect the vehicle?

International driving licence,passport and credit card.



Do you offer an airport meet and greet service?

We offer meet and greet service at İZMİR-BODRUM-DALAMAN AIRPORT.When you are send a mail for reservation it will be added to car hire cost.



How do we meet with you at the airport/port?

Our representative will meet with you right outside the custom area with your written name sign.



Do you offer delivery and collection?

Delivery and collection can be arranged subject to availability.When you are send a mail for reservation it will be added to car hire cost.



What do I do in the event of an accident?

Contact the accident help line on complete the freepost claim form supplied.



Do you provide breakdown cover?

We provide full 24 hour breakdown cover at no extra cost. Full instructions are provided with your hire vehicle, telling you what you need to do in the event of a problem occurring with your car.



What is your fuel policy?

We provide the vehicle with an amount of fuel requesting that you return the vehicle with the same amount




Are there any mileage restrictions?

There is a mileage limit on all our vehicles. There is a limit of 250 km per day, 1000 km per week and 3000 km per month for rentals. If these specified mileage limits are exceeded, 5 TL + KDV fee is reflected per kilometer.
